      Pros

      The rank and file engineers are a good bunch of people.

      Cons

      Engineers are leaving due to poor work conditions. STAY AWAY. Long hours, weekend work, and tedious tasks. This is a small start up company with zero company infrastructure built, so expect to reinvent the wheel every time you need to accomplish a simple task. Owner of the company is a secretive and egotistical man and his silly bravado makes him something of a clown.

      The owner, which is the person who conducts the interview. At first he depicts a job that rarely exist, once working you realize that everything he told you was untrue. Long hours. End of year review are very much controversial. for a quarter of a dollar increase you have to fight with him. There is not chance for you to grow in that company. only 2 or 3 people are his pupils and you will never be one of them.

      My experience with this company, specifically Tom Brindley, mirrors ALL the negative reviews posted. Tom is an egotistical, berating, conniving individual. Don't even waste your time interviewing here - you'll regret it!
