Pros
We are growing and I have seen a lot of changes in the last 7 years. There are growing pains to work through but it is positive to see the work we obtain in the industry and how we can sustain. I have seen opportunity to increase my skills, make an impact, and support the organization. It's been nice to build relationships with our employees across the regions and learn more about supporting them in their employee experience.
Cons
Growing is tough and change is hard but if you don't adapt, you will fail. We are an industry that is slow to change and we are making clicks to remain best in class in the industry. There are always challenges but we are a strong and stable organization.
