Pros

Pros……now that is a hard one. I’m sat here racking my brain. Supposedly the best but if they are then god help the rest. The only decent thing is doing new fix jobs on building sites. It’s the only time you get any smart meters and are left alone. The money has just gone up but still not worth the hassle.

Cons

Work is constantly thrown down at you and you are monitored for the whole 8 hours. A bonus system is in place that is useless and only works if you have been with the company for years and know how to fiddle the system. Out of hours is terrible. Work late into the next day even after doing an 8 hour shift, you do get an hours sleep time but that is no use when you are worn out. No stock, sitting in someone’s house for up to 3 hours even when you have broken in on a warrant.

Pros

Great career over a decade whilst working there. Under the regime of Phil Bentley (former MD), there was excellent growth, and that provided progression.. Good pension scheme, excellent company car options, healthcare plan, great colleagues

Cons

Current culture of disregard for staff, cost cutting without thinking of actual consequence.. Current morale is very low at all levels including managerial. Too much bureaucracy and internal politics, with processes created for the sake of them being there, and no actual benefit.. Input seems to be taken away from management team too.. Salary lower than competition, Manager bonus scheme seems to become harder to achieve in an attempt to cut costs
