Pros

Some great hard grafting friends throughout the organisation, but they all seem to be struggling.

Cons

Not sure what the politics are, but they've resulted in appointing a temporary chiefexec who seems to be here to demotivate people in to leaving. Sad thing is it seems to be working.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that work hasn’t been the happiest of places for you recently. There has been a lot of change. We are doing our best to offer a variety of ways for staff to share ideas, feedback and challenging questions so that we can address concerns as we are made aware of them. We really do care about the experience of our staff. We want to ensure there are opportunities to work together across the business, and to develop a collaborative way of working. I do hope you’ll come along to one of the upcoming staff engagement events that we’ve scheduled for April and May. Your input is necessary and appreciated. Do continue to share your experience with us in any way that suits – we are constantly trying to improve our ways of working together at the BMA, and ensure all staff feel valued and satisfied with their work.

Pros

Nice people, near to Euston station but... The in-house canteen is amazing, top chef, very cheap.

Cons

Temp contract not extended just before christmas, not very social company, high turn over of staff.

Pros

Good flexibility, only 1 day per week in office. Pay lower than other unions and progression an issue

Cons

Incompetent senior leadership who try their best to forget they're a union, and love an unneccessary restructure
