Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that work hasn’t been the happiest of places for you recently. There has been a lot of change. We are doing our best to offer a variety of ways for staff to share ideas, feedback and challenging questions so that we can address concerns as we are made aware of them. We really do care about the experience of our staff. We want to ensure there are opportunities to work together across the business, and to develop a collaborative way of working. I do hope you’ll come along to one of the upcoming staff engagement events that we’ve scheduled for April and May. Your input is necessary and appreciated.
