Salary very good, pension great holidays not bad.

MD clueless has a great team working under him, but makes many bad decisions doesn't listen to the team that he has employed to do the thinking. Thinks he knows best but actually is quite clueless. Because he is the chairman's son he treats the site like his personal toy box. As a result of this no one wants to work for the company. New recruits dont last very long. Sack people left right and center for failing in their role and dont have the mindset to analyse this and realize what the problem is hmm-mm ? can you see the pattern.
