      Managers blame all lower staff for problems and cover up mistakes and figures they in still fear in staff instead of encouraging themspent a lot of the time vape in in bike shed and as helpful as a chocolate teapot

      Good pension, Get xmas off, weekly pay, if your a lazy person will do well.

      Cons

      Bullying and toxic workplaice promoted by senior managment, promotes a sexist working environment for predatory senior management. No promotion prospects, bullying more evident from certain directors. Too easy to get sacked make one mistake and your out. Dependant on your level senior muckups are covered up and lower level maid a scapegoet.
