This is a clear example of a "phoenix" company, rising from the ashes of their own financial failure while leaving others to bear the costs. Their behavior is not only unethical but also a blatant attempt to manipulate the system. If you care about your reputation in the industry, stay clear. It’s infuriating to see a company that failed so spectacularly to honor its commitments re-enter the market without any accountability. Avoid at all costs!
