Was a great company 6 years ago until they brought in new management. Since then it’s gone down hill.

Upper management brought out C4 process where you are micromanaged and scripted as if you are a robot to how you greet and treat a guest through the sales process. The guest doesn’t take this process well. Because I disagreed with this process for the customers sake, I was let go unfairly after being one of the top writers in the company for many years. Associates are treated horribly, no work life balance, grueling hours..bell to bell sometimes over 50-60 hrs per week. This includes mandatory all day unpaid trainings. They have no care for their employees. During this recent snow storm, they were the only store on the block still open. Gave no care for the associates safety just to make a buck.
To summarize do not work with Broad River Retail. I can go on forever about the mistreatment and lack of customer care.
