      good compensation and work life balance

      the company is revenues/business oriented, not much development budget for product engineering community. most learning are through self learning and work related.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
