Pros
Good salary, decent benefits, but long work hours and number of critical issues that always pop up really is not a mark of good organizing here. They need to change the work culture a little bit, atleast in my department.
Cons
Long work hours and so many times critical issues are always there. If you are in a support team be prepared for the constant spikes in work hours. Stock options are pretty bad, considering BRCM stock goes up and down so many tims, pretty much so many of them here ends up in a big loss as they keep on waiting for that golden price jump.
