Pros
Had a great story with SAN, IP, WLAN (Ruckus), Software Networking. EMEA Management were good and business was highly respected by major partners like Dell, IBM, Hitachi and NetApp.
Cons
Along came Broadcom, they have no clue how to run an Enterprise sales operation and have torn the whole business apart and will milk the remaining SAN business dry within 5 years, a sad end.
