Pay was fine when stock price is so high.

CEO does nothing but pleasing Wall Street: short term profit to drive up stock price; no long term goal; close anything not profitable and fire employees; outsource anything possible to India China Asia. Wall Street people like him destroyed a lot of American companies like Lucent.
