      Good pay, overall compensation and lot of learning

      Cons

      Bad company policy especially with regards to recent COVID guidelines. Though sufficient precautionary measures are in place its not employees choice to stay at home during this pandemic. Work from home is frowned upon in this company.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
