Interesting work, very little office politics (at least at the engineers level)
Cons
* Poor compensation. Despite excellent focal review, the compensation is paltry. * Emphasis/encouragement on career development is non existent * Cafeteria food sucks big time. (not a big con, but worth mentioning)
