- The company really did try to be helpful with recognition, perks, etc - Large number of products
Cons
- Our group was controlled by a centralized team that didn't really listen to us - Very bureaucratic and cumbersome for a mid-large company - Worst of all, once you reach a certain level, it is all but impossible to be promoted to the next level
