      very smart and diligent people to work with. good work/life balance. Base salary OK. ESPP and medical are very good. 401K so so.

      Cons

      I cannot believe we are no longer independent! Shareholder value? this word makes me sick.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
