      Divergent from the VMware culture, this environment is intensely concentrated on increasing profits, even if it means cutting back on employee benefits.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
