Pros
Compensation is good. Golden handcuffs. When the stock is good, everyone's happy.
Cons
The corporation does all the typical stupid corporation stuff. Forced to work in office if you live within 50 miles. Bare minimum time off for new parents. Micromanaged stats on everything. Only work here if you are fine falling into line in exchange for good compensation. Not much "fun" here.
