      Siloed organization. CEO too focused on driving stock price and letting long time customers go to competitors since they are not large enough in his eyes.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
