Broadridge performs back office work for banks and broker firms. These outsourced services are non-differentiating to a bank/broker meaning that they are looking to pay bottom dollar which translates to lower associate compensation at Broadridge. The senior management team has very little diversity and the old white men's club culture typical of wall street exists at the company.
