Pros
Great people work here. The type of people you'd want to become lifelong friends with. The company is relatively progressive in its approach to problems. If you can perform better than your peers, you will be noticed. The pay, for my position anyway, is competitive. There is a Pokestop across the street and spawns every 15th and 50th minute in the office.
Cons
Growth for growth's sake. Incomplete ideas are pushed hard to create anything resembling progress. Anything "collaborative" between departments is really just the departments knowing they will be unable to be blamed if anything goes awry. This finger pointing mentality permeates through the organization from the top creating some fairly deep schisms. Swim strong or you will drown in the politics.
