-Constant changes make it hard to get paid -Often time the bureaucracy is really hard to figure out. For holidays you have to submit holiday sheets to 3 different managers and book them into two different systems. -Brooke Street and my organisation barely spoke. So if you take a sick day with Brooke Street make sure to inform your other manager otherwise you'll get multiple calls.
