-The people (outside of c suite) -Beautiful office -Hybrid work-life balance -Permanent half day summer Fridays *but depending on your team, you may still have to work this, especially during sales -Tons of free product
Cons
-Very disorganized and dishonest leadership -“Firedrills” constantly -No area for growth anymore -Extreme turnover, 50+ employees in the past year alone. No backfilling so when someone leaves your workload doubles -Not diverse leadership at all, but diverse teams outside of c suite -Every week the c suite has an idea with 0 strategy that they force the company to action on. Not surprisingly, these on the fly ideas often don’t do well, despite warnings from lower level employees. -Roles and responsibilities are extremely unclear -It’s impossible to get a raise anymore
