Pros

Culture is amazing, you can speak with any one in the company no matter their level very easily. There is high transparency with management/when it comes to achieving goals. The road map for sucess is clearly defined. It is a great entry level job, and you can learn alot about a variety of industries by working in staffing. There is a lot of focus placed on continuing education, training, and philanthropy within the company. These things help you improve as a person. The Austin office in particular has great leadership, sense of culture, and works with very interesting clients.

Cons

The staffing industry has alot of ups and downs, you need to have thick skin and be able to move past road bumps quickly. If money is your biggest motivator it will be easy to suceed, but if it isn't it may be more difficult to remain motivated over time.

Pros

This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.

Cons

The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years. Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
