When people ask why I love where I work, the answer is simple. The people. Brooksource is an IT staffing company, but it is so much more than that. It is a company that pours into its people to foster independence, growth, and success. When I first came to Brooksource, I had just graduated with my Master's degree, and realized it was not what i wanted in a career. So when I started to interview for jobs, I realized Brooksource stood out unlike the others. One of the defining differences was the training model. Brooksource provides tailored training to all new employees their first week on the job, and continued education in the field. The resources we are provided with allows us to reach out to anyone in the company for advice, support, and mentoring. I have now gone through three corporate training events that have provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in the field. From the one on one role plays, to presentations from the top Account Executive reps and recruiters, upper management, and directors, Brooksource ensures a seamless knowledge transfer and continued education and growth.

The staffing industry is a competitive work field, which can present obstacles at times. It takes hard work and dedicated effort, but it pays off in the end.
