Pros
The people and team atmosphere in the early days was something really special. The environment felt like a big family working towards an exciting goal. You will learn how to work well under high pressured situations, along with gaining new skills very quickly.
Cons
Work-life balance is not something that is promoted very highly. You will work long hours and it is not uncommon to be receiving and sending emails to management late in the night or early in the morning from home. You would always find someone in the office until late at night. You definitely are not appreciated or valued as a team member. Working overtime or going above and beyond is expected and you will always be asked "why you didn't do more". Being in an environment where giving 110% is not good enough will always make you feel undervalued and can do harm to ones own confidence. I would highly recommend unless you have very thick skin, to opt for a work environment that nurtures and promotes you to be the best employee you can be, in a positive way.
