It’s a typical corporate culture. Owner tries to lead with fear, intimidation, pressure, stress, overworking, etc. You will always have more responsibilities added weekly until you’re overwhelmed. Possibly berated or even yelled at when not doing what they want. Also- “employee owned” is all a technicality.
