Cons
Training/onboarding could use a lot of improvement. Manager was an extreme micromanager. She was very condescending. Your day to day experience depends on what team you’re on and who is on your team. If this is your first time in insurance, you need to be prepared to be immersed right away and are expected to learn FAST. If you’re expecting structure, you may have a rough start.
