      Brownstein is doing some of the best creative/advertising & PR work in the region. They have strong client relationships and it's a great place to grow your career.

      As an independent agency, we have to be creative and flexible with our resources.

      Pros

      Good culture. We have many perks such as unlimited PTO, Summer Friday hours, company events outside of holiday parties, etc. like Beer Pong. I work with an amazing staff of people who genuinely like one another, are respectful, work well together and care about outcomes. Ability to work with amazing clients and on great projects.

      Cons

      Health benefit costs are a bit expensive. No bonus plan.

      Remote so I didn't have to go anywhere at least; college credit

      Unpaid and their wasnt even enough work for me to do.
