      Great place to be in if you want to grow not only as an individual but also as a great professional. I am amazed by seeing the trust they put in their employees and the autonomy provided to explore the best of their abilities. Exploring and leveraging AI at the same time. The Founders lead by example & I love the energy they bring to the conversations.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
