      Pros

      Love my team and teammates. The level of intellect i get to deal with everyday is simply awesome. We also get opportunities to work with other teams which gives us enough exposure on whats happening in other teams. I would have it no other way

      Cons

      Balancing work and life can be tough sometimes, but with proper planning and support from the team, it's manageable.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
