      Management is pretty bad as well as the overall business concept. A drive thru/ walkup ice cream store? Think about the idiocracy of that.

      Fun environment with coworkers, boss is supportive. With tips it makes a great summer job

      Schedule is inconsistent but management works hard to accommodate everyone’s needs, especially since most employees are high schoolers
