Pros

Although there is no pros. But I liked the co-workers they were very helpful and friendly.

Cons

1. No work life balance 2. They literally try to control your life interfere your personal life. 3. There isn't a single day paid leave for anyone 4. Company is suffering financially 5. It's a family business not a corporate. So they are not qualified enough for this business. 6. The person who have taken handover of all work is a 22 yrs kid with no experience, no proper qualification and rude behaviour. He have a mentality that he is paying us so we are his slaves. Also, he doesn't have any communication skills so he lost many vendors and suppliers in US as well as India . All the effort of employees will be washed out the moment he will open his mouth in front of vendors. 7. There is no particular job role and shift timing for anyone they will call you midnight by 3am and ask you to open the laptop and stay online. 8. They are taking advantage of people who are financially dependent on them. 9. Apart from the above there is no mediclaim, no PF, no work ethics, no bonus, no appreciation of your work. 10. I will share what happened with me - their IT guy couldn't trace my systems location. So they send ppl at my place to check whether I am at my home or not. And that person spread lies in my neighborhood that I have stolen company's laptop and not picking up their phone. So they can be that cheap.

Pros

Hard to mention any, as the overall experience was extremely negative. Basic professional ethics and employee welfare were completely missing.

Cons

Feels more like bonded labor than a tech company – especially shocking in an era where employee well-being is supposed to matter. No compliance with labor laws – working conditions deserve serious attention from labor authorities.
