The slimiest company you will ever work for. The company constantly told lies and manipulated clients to get them to come to interviews. Upon finding out the roles the client is interested in we would say we offered those roles and the ones we are recruiting for. This would give us an opportunity to sell our roles at an interview. At the interview went as far to fake conversations round the corner, so the client was under the illusion we recruited for the positions we didn't have. We then made out the other roles to be far less profitable and inflated the salary of the roles we did have by up to 80% (because they were commission based). We also often told our clients they weren’t suitable for the other roles because they had to be more qualified etc. In other words we conned our clients into coming for an interview by offering their 'dream job' then knocked it down and sold the roles we did have by lying about salaries. We also used scare tactics encase they didn't turn up to future interviews by saying 'it's a small world and everybody talks'.
