Micromanagement, high turnover in management, unprofessional behavior from management (angry outbursts, mood swings, calling reps after work hours to berate them) slow order entry from customer service, horrible communication between departments, anti-sales mindset from all departments besides the sales team, no marketing presence, non competitive pricing, poor office culture, no opportunities for advancement, lower than average pay, lying/manipulative management, slow credit approvals, credit cards not accepted for payment, delayed shipping, horrible communication between the shipping/plant staff and the sales team, falling revenue due to the issues listed above, non competitive in the market, constantly losing to Orbis/Monoflo due to horrible communication between reps and other departments and pricing, impossible to keep customers happy when it takes 4 days to get an answer from another department. Companies revenue is in the dumps and it’s because of horrible leadership and all of the other issues listed above. Would not be surprised if they ended up out of business as their competitors are winning in every way possible. There's more, but don’t care to list. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
