Nothing positive comes to mind about my experience working here. The workplace culture was highly toxic, with poor management, lack of support, and frequent conflict among employees. It often felt like a hostile environment rather than a collaborative one. Overall, it was a stressful and frustrating experience, and I would describe it as a nightmare place to work.
Cons
My experience with the company was largely negative. The issues were not limited to management but were also reflected throughout the workplace culture. There appeared to be a lack of teamwork and mutual support among colleagues, with only a small number of employees sharing the same concerns. I observed and experienced a culture where bullying, hostile treatment, and unhealthy workplace behaviors were often tolerated. Rather than encouraging collaboration, the environment sometimes seemed to create conflict and competition between employees. Overall, it was a challenging and stressful place to work, and I would not recommend it to those seeking a supportive and positive work environment.
