Pros

Some good teachers. Get an hour break

Cons

Bad pay Some teachers will take longer than hour break and leave you by yourself with 20 kids. If ask for help from others don't expect to get it . they say they don't need substitutes but you look online they are hiring for a lot of jobs. Come up with a bs reason to let you go. I changed my number gave them new one and said a year later we have never been able to reach you to send you for availability. But had my email and never brought it up until a year later. They Will put all special needs kids in 1 class with one teacher which is against doe rules. But they don't care and won't put someone in that class with another teacher until doe or doh come. Don't try to work here. They are full of you know what. They wonder why people quitting every month. One teacher I saw started on a Monday and was ready to quit by that Friday

Pros

The company fosters an excellent culture that is both inclusive and supportive, encouraging a strong sense of community among employees. There is a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which creates a welcoming environment for everyone. The leadership team is approachable and values employee feedback, often implementing suggestions to improve workplace practices. Additionally, the company offers generous holiday benefits, including a well-planned holiday schedule, allowing employees to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. The combination of a positive culture and thoughtful holiday policies makes this company an outstanding place to work.

Cons

While the company excels in fostering a positive and inclusive culture and offers generous holiday benefits, one notable downside is the relatively low pay. Despite the supportive work environment and strong sense of community, the compensation might not be as competitive as other companies in the industry. This can be a significant drawback for those seeking higher financial rewards for their hard work and dedication.
