Pros
We have a few bullies but on the good thing there is free counseling by psychiatrists. Costs less? When your doing something that requires concentration management comes by for smalltalk. You want to tell them to get out or find something to do but you can't because there would be retaliation. Those are the good things.
Cons
There is a constant can't you do more? They will say there is no job so important that it can't be done safely but make it so you have to work unsafely to keep up. Even at a burger place they don't expect a person to cook the burgers and do cash at the same time. in a three man department there can be two men off sick and one person will be asked to do all the work. If there is a danger it is best to keep quite and hope that the other guy gets hurt rather than you. Once that happens the danger will be fixed.
