Pros
- Awesome Culture: Take an ownership of the piece you work on and feel free to question anyone and also be accountable for that! (Very Strong one) Personal growth plans are given equal importance along with organizational growth. Frequent connect with managers which act as mentors! (Very rare!) No hierarchy of any sort. Ping and connect with anyone without any hesitation. The values, as the founders are from Amazon, reflect what they stand for! Which is the one definite quality of any top notch organization and should continue to be this way. Flexibility of every aspect for the employees. They are not called employees btw, they are owners of Bungee! Product mindset with Scalability is something which can drive anyone towards growth.
Cons
Since it's a startup, the things are Work in Progress! Sometimes it may happen that things are not structured in proper way and it may affect work to some extent, but things are improving in my opinion. The communication across teams is what is of utmost importance and that, again, is improving with time.
