Good for nothing and wasting valuable time through a miserable experience

1. CEO doesn't have a clear technical vision of the product. 2. Anything good is their credit and any thing wrong is yours 3. In any start-up there is work pressure but they try to keep a good work place culture, at Bursys you are responsible to meet some un-realistic goals, if you fail that it's your discredit and they will either fire you OR they will make some situation where you've to leave yourself 4. During interview and internship or to any guy they meet they just show the bigger picture but that is totally a very very big lie. If you believe these liers you are taking a risk on your job-life.They are good in POLITICS. 5. They will assign you any task without proper judgment over required time, as they don't have any deep knowledge over technology(they just throw some jargons and by going through some blogs they think they know the technicality to a very deep level). If you are not done by that unrealistic deadline, they takes it as wasting of time. 6. Indirect abusive nature. In a one-one meeting they also use some swear words mentioning some of your colleague(s) and tempt you to compete with them so that they can squeeze-out more work out of you. 7. Employees are asked to put the fake reviews in favor of company to overcome the negative reviews posted by employees. 8. Very bad infrastructure. They don't have coffee machine inside development center. 9. Very very poor work life balance and instability of this company. 10. To summarize: They will give you some sweet lollipop to trap you and once you become an employee after signing a bond of 3 years they will squeeze you like a lemon and then throw out.
