Too much discrimination in this company. Only the girls who are beautiful and flirt with managers get good increments others are treated as if they are taking salary with no work. All their work is done by other team members and the beautiful girls are given all the credit and even good appraisals. These girls don't even know what the task was. Other girls are not given any appreciation and no good appraisals (as they are not flirting with managers/TLs and not making them happy) and management doesn't bother about it because they believe only their LIAR MANAGERS. On-sites are way far for girls, they don't even think of it just because they are girls. If any girl ask for a solution to the problem then the MD i.e. Mr. GD Gupta then he ask her to resign and leave the company. Managers/ TLs stare at girls even if they are wearing normal top and jeans and then talk rubbish about them with even freshers. No rules of timings for managers and their sycophants and if HR ask them to be on time those sycophants bluntly say them not to follow any rules and talk to their manager. Instead of improving their culture in the office they have now stopped hiring girls with the reason that "THEY GET MARRIED". What the hell? Don't the boys resign while they are having bonds? Then they should also stop hiring boys. I even wonder HOW THIS COMPANY GOT PRIVATE LIMITED TAG with this discrimination, THEY ARE NOT EVEN HIRING GIRLS. They even harass the remaining girls in the company so that they leave it by their own. In fact they call girls for the interview, waste their time and then reject them even if the girl is highest scorer in the test and hire a boy who has lowest score. Manager ask HR to call only beautiful girls for interview and after that they will refuse to the girls just because she is a girl. At least don't waste the time of deserving girls if you have already decided to say NO to them with no reason. She can invest her time to some good company for the interview. MANAGERS/TLs EVEN SAY THAT GIRLS ARE NOT MEANT TO DO JOB, THEY ARE MEANT FOR DOING JUST HOUSEHOLD CHORES. DON'T PLAY AND MAKE FUN OF OTHERS LIFE AND TIME JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE GIRLS. And about the boys who feed their manager/ TL with free alcoholic drinks, only those get good appraisals and are able to be in the company for years. These kind of people have no skill set and are big DUMBOS. But they are sent to on-sites(even those who can't even speak a single sentence in English) and are given good appraisals just because they feed free drinks to these managers. Manager ask HR to hire only needed and innocent people with low confidence and not on the basis of skill-set who can't raise their voice against him and work like a slave by keeping quite, just because they are in need of job. And the management don't give a DAMN about all this. There is no communication between employees and management, because management thinks they are perfect and they only believe their LIAR MANAGERS. PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LIVE A RESPECTFUL LIFE AND DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR CARRIER.
