No pros, nothing is good in this company, You'll not be valued here. You'll get nothing to learn here, if you are good at doing task A and you don't like doing task B, you'll be given task B. Nobody listens to you. No facilities, - I bet you'll be furstated from the mangament, from the work culture, from the seniors, from the rules and regulations. Every week management will impose a new policy on you and for sure that policy will gonna harm you in any of the ways. Note* - if you are good at buttering or any of your relative works here, then it is the best company for you to work with. If you have good relations with managers, if you lick their shoes properly, you'll get good increment, otherwise nothing.
