Very challenging and rewarding at the same time.

I do not have any cons to report.

It's easy to drive to work every day. Used to be an okay place to work till it was sold to a Canadian company (Bestar).

Pay is not very good, outdated, a Canadian Company controls everything, and there is no local support from management, no way for the handicapped to get to the second floor
