Pros

Sadly there are no longer any. But it was once a great place to work.

Cons

The company is heading in an extremely poor direction. New systems are being brought in but many people still have no confidence in the new processes. The new system was brought in because it was cheap despite being warned it would negatively impact employees and customer relationships. Ongoing training is virtually non existent. Priorities constantly change day to day and communication from every level of this company has become a joke. Team managers are very detached from their teams, morale has hit rock bottom and there is little incentive to give your best anymore as success is not recognised. Micromanagement has cropped up recently and employees feel degraded, dehunanised and are exhausted from the constant flip flopping and rubbish spin from senior management.

Thank you for your feedback. The new system we have implemented is market leading within our sector and the implementation has required a huge investment in time, resource and money. There has been lots of opportunity to be trained on the new system and processes with our Learning and Development (L&D) team over the last several months, with training provided to 347 colleagues across the business. This has included drop in sessions for those colleagues who felt they needed extra time and support with their training. We are now operating with our new system so we hope you're feeling more confident in using it and adapting to the new processes and ways of working; and that you're using the floorwalkers and experience of those in your team who have already been using the system for several months to support you. Please also keep an eye out for our L&D Team releasing a new training schedule very soon. We recognise that we have had to change dates and some deliverables for our Transformation programme but this is to be expected with any programme of this scale. We've worked hard to keep all our colleagues informed along the way, including each team having a Transformation Champion, regular Transformation newsletters, operational communications and video updates from our senior management team. Pros

Fast paced, always up for change, friendly atmosphere and open to listening to your views and take from your experiences

Cons

Whilst salary is excellent on my banding, this isn’t the highest in the industry which does make people look elsewhere rather than longevity. WFH would also be a huge perk along with being able to come to work in your casual clothing. Focus on what will move the business forward rather than worry about the small things.

Pros

Always striving to improve things, there is a lot of change but I think this is because the business doesn’t stand still. Communication really great with lots of opportunities to get involved in other things rather than just the day job. Customer charter launch has been great with a increased focus and further support for all colleagues.

Cons

As there is a lot of change, I think it is just continuing to ensure colleagues are advised on what is coming and the support available (as there is a lot that is there to really help this)
