Pros
It is fulfilling to work with children to enrich their lives, guide them as they develop to responsible citizens of the world. Workload is reduced by a certain extent due to the providence of lesson plans from the headquarters.
Cons
There is way too much paperwork to be done and they must now be done while you are tending to the children (read: unpaid overtime hours). The CEO only seem to care about acquisitions of more childcare centres (honestly, why would your overworked and underpaid teachers care about the company growing into a monopoly?). New teachers are tricked into an apprenticeship programme to be bonded for 18 months after the sponsored diploma course, but in effect the bond period is 2 years and the remuneration is below market rate during the bond (and after).
