      You will be working with lot of experience professional and will learn a lot from them. Its a family culture and they understand your concerns. Lovely people to work with

      Cons

      Growth is very limited and you are being underpaid. Work stress is huge you cant balance your professional and personal. They work all days a week . Business oriented when you do good there is a party when you tumble they fumble.
