      Pros

      Good community, respect and trust of senior leadership, people work their butts off.

      Cons

      The direction of the company is often misunderstood or changed mid-year. Slow moving changes. Management isn't particularly great. Too much happening at once from a structural perspective for the employees to feel truly valued or like they understand their role.

      Pros

      Was a good team, very dedicated to trying to meet the needs of the business and the customers.

      Cons

      Everything has been outsourced off-shore. Business started to undermine itself, then look for ways to replace core products with 3rd party services (they couldn't).
