      Really cool research side and the diagnostics is one of the best

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Management sets goals without any input on geography, demographics, availability of resources, historical sales trends. Promises of getting approvals for certifications always come up empty handed.

      Good technology, some employees offered remote work

      Cons

      Worst leadership team ever. Lab led by a scientist who never operated a lab, Clinical Trial business led by a mumbler with no business sense. Finance has zero influence, many decisions made without his knowledge. Medical spins yarn in a silo. Commercial leadership is appalling, first guy was a bully, new guy is a sycophant. HR, total joke. Legal makes most decisions. CEO is feckless, focuses more on personal prestige than on viability of the business. Incredible that the company made it this far. This fish rots from the head.
