No advancement, lay offs and poor pay - Residential Project Representative C2ae Employee Review

C2AE has been my employer for seven years. They offer great professional development support.

C2AE is a slow and steady firm, which can inhibit innovation and quick change.

The benefits were pretty good for engineering field. Not the best, but mid range. There were a lot of variety of project types. Nice location in downtown Lansing.

Never any bonuses. Different departments had extremely different experiences. Without a good manager, it was a poor experience. Lots of overhead costs. Lots of managers, and managers of managers, and HR, and secretaries, etc... It drove the total fee for a project up too high, and it was hard to remain competitive in the design fees.
