Pros

There are some outstanding leaders - and some not so great - so it depends where you are within the company. But the good leaders in CACI have already had incredible careers and I feel privileged to work with and learn from many of them. In addition, Jack London (now the Chairman of the Board but our CEO for many years) has worked very hard to make CACI an ethical company. While we are not perfect I believe MOST of our senior management shares his business values and support them. CACI does a wide range of work for the federal government and at a middle or senior management level the exposure to different skills and projects can be awesome.

Cons

The benefits are just okay - middle of the road. The training is not as fully funded as I would like to see....it is hard to get internal investment dollars. There are pockets of horrible management that often seem immovable.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
